We also record which page the form was submitted from so we can respond in context.
Why we collect it
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, assess how we can help you and follow up on any project discussion. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to the Synapse team members handling your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship with you. If you would like your data removed at any time, send us a request at hello@synapse.io and we will delete it within 30 days.
