Yes. We often act as a specialist layer alongside a small internal IT team, handling infrastructure and strategy while they handle day-to-day helpdesk. We define clear ownership boundaries and operate as an extension of your team.

Primarily remote, supplemented by on-site visits for hardware deployments, major projects, and quarterly strategic reviews. For clients in Amsterdam and surrounding areas, on-site response is available for incidents that can't be resolved remotely.

Helpdesk support up to your contracted hours, monitoring and proactive management of all in-scope systems, monthly operations report, software licence management, and access to our strategic advisory service. Hardware and third-party software costs are billed separately.
